Our business policy is very simple that is to build a long term business relationship through offering minimum price and providing maximum quality. And we always respect the commitment. We believe that keeping commitment is a great duty for all human beings. Even it’s a noble order from all religions. And from opening our business to till today, we have enabled to keep our commitment to our buyers. That’s why now we are more confident about to keep our this special characteristics

Shipment

We know every buyer looks for such an exporter who will keep their commitment to ship the goods within their given time. Normally we take 90/60 days after receiving L/C. Besides this, we take 45 days for repeat order for special request (if we have production space).

Payment Terms

Of course payment terms are one of the most important terms for every business. Our payment term is very clear. Generally, we feel good to receive L /C or Advance T/T.

Services

In order to ensure the best product with higher quality to the clients' we have designed our own action plan and we are pleased for the successful implementation of the plan. Some of the activities as per the action plans are like sample program, quality control, in-time-shipment etc.

Sample Program

We need the spec, sketch, design and all details including the yarn composition and then we make sample for clients' approval. Sometimes, we do this sampling according to a given sample (original sample) from the client-end and then send them for the clients' approval. When we receive the original sample spec/sketch or other details, we send a sample to our buyers' for approval. After receiving the approval, we make some more samples in case of buyers' satisfaction. If the sample quantity is a large number, then we make it as per buyers' requirements with a mutual understanding. Quality Control: No way to compromise set / required / aspired quality level -- This is what we believe in terms of quality. A group of well experienced, efficient, self-motivated and dynamic merchandisers and quality controllers are working very hard to ensure the highest level of quality of garments with the right corner of the direction.

In- time Shipment

Our ceaseless and sincere effort always goes to ensure high class quality and in-time shipment. Since we believe in crystal clear views and straight-forwardness, we provide our clients a Critical Path Method (CPM Method) how goods will be shipped in the required / given to have clear direction of merchandising the goods.

If any stage of the path is affected, our immediate attention and action goes to adjust this in very next stage. Our motto is - No way to compromise set / required / aspired quality level.

Working Procedure in Particular

For fresh production, we prefer to pursue the following steps -

  1. Buyer provides us the Technical and all details of the objective product.
  2. We do the consumption and costing in our office by our own professional, independent of any factory.
  3. We offer the buyer the costing that should be feasible and then, if it is necessary, we negotiate to agree to a price.
  4. We negotiate with the factories that would be interested in undertaking the order at the price that have been agreed upon with the buyer.
  5. We submit to the buyer company profiles of the factories that agree to take the order.
  6. Buyer audits and selects the factories.
  7. We submit the Pro-forma Invoice.
  8. Buyer issues us TRANSFERABLE LC.
  9. We transfer the LC to the factory and then-
  10. Production process commences.
